The whole experience was amazing. I had a family emergency and had to get ahead of schedule. My duahgter and I wre under an extreme amount of stree, to purchase a flight home. When checking in the young gal asked what was the purpose for our stay...business or pleasure. We told her it was the first time away from our kids since our honeymoon. She then upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite!! Thank you so much we really appreciated the upgrade!

I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general. It gave us the experience of slipping back in time. Most important was the human connection--the friendliness and graciousness of the staff. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park.
