The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.

In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. Large selection of bicycle hire companies 100m away to allow you to take in the vast dedicated bicycle paths around
