Owned and run by a friendly young couple who are gradually turning an old estate home into a fine auberge. Clean and comfortable, old-fashioned in a pleasing way - not brand new and sterile. -

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! During a road trip from Toronto to Halifax, I chose this hotel based in reviews and wasn't disappointed. The newest part of the hotel is beautifully done. The rooms are equipped with wonderfully modern stylish decor.
The bathroom sink and shower fixtures are gleaming and spa like. Towels are so soft and their choice of toiletries ... I loved.

The rooms were beautiful. We ordered room service for dinner and it was excellent!! .....and reasonably priced. We would not have chosen this hotel except that I found a great room rate on book.com and we loved our stay, even though it was only one night.

This is a great place to stay. Well decorated, modern, very clean, friendly staff. The bathroom was almost as big as the room with separate rain shower and a cozy bathtub. Free Wi-Fi in the room, flat screen tv . The chap at the reception was kind enough to help us with our luggage. -
