This B&B is a real gem, set in a beautiful little house on the banks of the river and surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden. We stayed in the upper suite, which is very comfortable, with a small fridge, small table and chairs, en-suite bathroom and two beds. It was perfect for our little family of three. But most importantly, the host, Deb, is a wonderfully nice and welcoming person. Even though we arrived later than expected because of heavy traffic, she greeted us warmly, with a smile

We enjoy theater; the Startford Theater Festival was an excellent experience. This B&B rounded out our experience. The hosts were very gracious, our room was comfortable and well-appointed and the breakfasts were delicious. Very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. -

Peggy and Gerald were fantastic hosts. They make you feel like family. We were given great information about nearby tried-and-true restaurants and attractions. The location is fantastic- 15 min. walk to everything. The breakfasts were big and delicious. We loved the fresh fruit and baked goodies. Our room and bathroom were large and spotless

Clean facility, very helpful hostess, great breakfast. Just two bedrooms in older home just outside the city. Rooms small but well equipped and clean. Private entrance to rooms and shared lounge between the two rooms. Nice extras like robes in room and one-cup coffee maker available any time. -

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The proprietors are professional, friendly, welcoming, yet discreet.
Their home was our home during our stay. They went way beyond by
stocking the refrigerators for our use and preparing us lunch upon our
arrival and brunch on the morning of our departure. The
apartments/rooms had access to a coffee/tea bar, television, rec-
room with pool table, and with a walkout egress to a patio, an enclosed
hot tub and other amenities. A lovely home, property and stay. Thank you
