Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake.
Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

Price was very good, room was immaculate clean, suite was quiet. No traffic noise, sounds from other suites minimal. Bed was super-comfortable. Did not use the in-room coffee, but free coffee, juice, fruit and muffins available in the office in the morning. Staff very friendly. -

The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern. The only hotel we have stayed in with such a comprehensive channel selection. -

Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. -

The rooms were clean in "mostly good repair", as each room seemed to have a repair defect or two. ie: loose tile, loose hinges on window, missing grout on tiles, etc. Nothing major, for an older property. We slept well and paid a low rate. Another plus, for some, would be the coin-op laundry on site, as well as eateries nearby. -

The location was great. We stayed overnight whilst taking the Via train from Prince George to Jasper. We could walk there from the station which was just as well as there were not taxis. Staff friendly, we arrived around 10.00 pm and were directed to a nice sports bar next door for something to eat and drink. It was the cheapest hotel of our trip.

Older motel, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, easy access to all kinds of food/shopping. Pool was sufficient to meet the needs of the kids. Air conditioning worked great. -

I had a standard queen room. It was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and cleaned each day. The staff were very nice and helpful when needed. Also great location. -

Stayed in spa room, clean and functional. Spa was good. We were on 3rd floor but no lift to carry up bags. Did not bother us but if elderly may have to specify lower room. Breakfast was not brilliant but ok. -

I've stayed here before.
The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too!
I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!)

It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses
and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff
were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet
they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it
was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a
cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

Lorrie & MIchlle were great host - friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend Money Pennies if you are visiting Campbell River. -

Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!
