Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

muchísima información de la zona. La ubicación es buena si tienes coche.
Solo está a unos minutos del centro y está en frente de una playa. La

We booked for one night on way to north of island - decided to also book in for return journey. No cabins were available but Karen offered an alternative mobile home, which was equally excellent. If you are going to Campell River then you should stay here!! -
The warm friendly greeting the moment we arrived . The cleanlinnes of the cottage not only do the bedsheets get changed but the duvet cover as well again very clean and sanitary . Karen and Bruce always friendly and helpful . we will stay there again

Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

Firstly, one needs to compare the day rate between the Empress and the
Inn. The Empress is only a few blocks away, free parking, free wi-fi,
also doesn't have air conditioning....and is almost $300 more a day.
As I didn't need to spend a lot of time in my room, the size
didn't matter. However, security and cleanliness was key and the Inn
met those very well. The restaurant is excellent. The staff very
friendly and helpful. Although there is no elevator, staff will carry

Loved the waterslide with the kids. The pool was on the small size but it wasn't a concern for us. The room was beautifully clean and the kids loved the flat screened t.v. Loved that the room had a few extras in it like a desk and comfortable chair. Staff were polite and ready to help or offer advice. -

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.
