  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Trying to visit family and getting out too early in the morning, in a ... lo que la gente dice » hurry, but I would definitely avail myself of the lounge next visit! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  Totally enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. Incredible building and facilities complemented by friendly well trained staff. - The building was beautiful and unique. The setting gorgeous. Chris - bellman and Janna - concierge were excellent.

  We loved the two bedroom condo. It was spacious, with beautiful views, very luxurious. Location is quiet and peaceful. Restaurant was very good. - The villa was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Wish we has stayed longer.
