Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

This hotel is staffed by people who understand the idea of great
service. Check in and check out was handled by friendly, courteous

The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you choose the most suitable activity for you.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. We saved lots of money cooking our own meals at the kitchen of our room.
Building is very clean and well kept!
Great place to pass a little vacation with your friends!

Saw some reviews that weren't great, but we found everything to be wonderful. The restaurant has new chefs, and the food was terrific. It is a restful and quiet place at this time of the year - late November, and enough snow for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

We had booked at Acker for the week but were upgraded to a suite w/ a kitchenette while we were travelling there. We were thrilled with the upgrade and the view was wonderful. Would definitely return! -

I had double booked online and they graciously cancelled one booking without charge. -
Friendly efficient staff, even though check-in was late at night ...late ferry. Breakfast cafe was very homey.
