  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. - The fitness room, the Japanese restaurant and the pub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an... lo que la gente dice » d believe it or not, you can phone anywhere in the world for free!!! i loved it!! - Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.
