  Es un buen hotel con buena realcion calidad/precio. Mu cerca de las cataratas y con buenas instalaciones. Todo muy bien. - The staff was helpful and happy, rooms were large and just like the pictures shown - clean and confortable! Lots of parking spaces!

  I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

  Clean rooms, helpful staff, on-site spa, got a ground-level room so that I can bring my bike in and out easily. Also the lady front desk clerk let me keep my bike and luggage in my room as I went for my massage even though it was past the 11:00 check-out time. Also it was close to the back roads that led to wine country so I didn't have to go thro... lo que la gente dice » ugh the city. - For the price, my room was excellent - it was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked having sun in the morning. The staff were great - they went out of their way to be helpful. In the morning when there were no cups left in the breakfast area, the woman at the front desk very kindly gave me her own ceramic mug.
