We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There were robes and slippers in the room. Cable TV with kid friendly channels.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was brought to the room. It was yogurt, fresh fruit, and an assortment of breads. Lovely presentation and enough to save some for later. The house is away from the circus atmosphere that is on the hill near the falls which we loved. Also, we arrived quite early and we were able to park our car and walk to the falls until time to check in. It was a very nice location.

The owner was helpful, and very accommodating. He even picked us up at the Coach bus depot. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel was in a very quiet area. Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!
