We enjoyed the king size bed that was quite comfortable. Also the grounds were very beautiful, and quiet to relax in. The jaccuzzi in our room was very relaxing and the one outdoors was large enough for us both fit into it together. We were in walking distance from the Niagara falls. -

Property was very beautiful and well maintained. Had an old victorian style elegance about it. House is in an excellent location, close to tourist attractions with a beautiful view of the river just across the road. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and very tidy. Maria is an amazing woman. jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not

The owner of the Motel, Emilia makes you feel like a best friend staying at her house. She was always helpful and available if something was needed. The room was extremely clean. As we approached the house it immediately stuck out from the neighborhood. A grand yellow house, with a wrap around porch and a magnificent forest of flowers around the entire property. Inside our room was immaculate and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed the 2 person spa tub. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy falls area. Top it all off with our great breakfast. I'd stay here again, even if I didn't see the falls.

We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our

the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.
