Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were
given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with
alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room. Room large,

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Location is excellent, right down in the central of Robson street, good for shopping and also esay walk to the Stanley park. The beds were very comfortable, The rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean, the pool was beautiful, The second floor patio was a beautiful place to sit and relax -
All city centre locations could be easily walked. Sky train station only 800 metres from hotel so easy for airport. Rooms of good standard and helpful staff.

The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
