I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. Oh - and the staff were exellent oo! -

The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The
check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view.
The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room.

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.

This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc.
Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere.
There was a welcome gift of chocolate and wine waiting for us. -

Staff was friendly and helpful but no one seemed to be at the desk at checkout only security guard. Cleanliness and toiletries was appreciated. Recommend 3103 for the great view.
