From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we
checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good
things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient
and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as
enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. A fantastic breakfast was cooked fresh with organic cereals made by the host. There is a puppy on premises (a mini poodle) but this made the stay more pleasant for me. The host is great company during breakfast (I travelled solo) and was a great resource for sight seeing. You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!
