Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions. You are right on Ferry Street, a main street in Niagara Falls, lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. It felt extremely safe day and night. We arrived late, at 8.30pm, dropped our bags and went exploring. The place is definitely a budget motel BUT for what it lacks in modern conveniences it absolutely makes up for in hospitality! First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)

The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet.
I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. -

Es un buen hotel con buena realcion calidad/precio. Mu cerca de las cataratas y con buenas instalaciones. Todo muy bien. - The staff was helpful and happy, rooms were large and just like the pictures shown - clean and confortable! Lots of parking spaces!
