I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. There is no coffee maker in the room although coffee and tea were available in the lobby at no charge. Nice restaurant in the hotel an - Charming room with wonderful view of the river and parkway. Location perfect for exploring the old parts of Montreal. The breakfasts, in the hotels pub/restaurant, were so good that we decided to eat one of our dinners there too. We were not disappointed. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.
