Initially we thought that this would be a downgrade from our stay at the
Banff and Jasper resorts but we were surprised that the interior décor
and settings were quite modern. The beds and the comforters were the
most comfortable ones among my 8 days stay in Alberta (we had stayed in

Grandad with daughter and grandson. Beds comfy, clean, ac very good.
Very short walk to Mall. Parking first come first serve but no problems
at all.Coffee maker in room (iron and iron board we did not use) Fridge.
WiFi free but you need to get codes from front desk each day but they
gave me days ahead. We extended our stay with no problems even though
hotel was very full.

The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The
staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They
treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning
staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup

perfect for getting just about anywhere on the south side. We were at
the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. -
This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices
posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were
loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me
as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very
relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

A nice enough hotel. Large room with kitchenette (hot elements, microwave and utensils), shower over bath, flatscreen TV, iron & ironing board and refrigerator. Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful. Stay @ this hotel every visit to Edmonton. -

The price was great. Room was sufficient. Fairly clean. Fairly attractively decorated. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Air conditioner worked. -
