hotel rates were triple, the parking was more than double. It was far
more pleasing and without the feeling of being crowded, like the

I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 min or so. The convenience store next to the reception comes in very handy since there's nothing around you for late night snacks or water. -
The waitress at the restaurant was smart, understood what I might be interested in, made suggestions and was knowledgeable about their food options.

The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
the airport. -

I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited -

The location was very convenient, and the shuttle to and from the
airport was prompt. The room was basic but comfortable, and the beds
were good. However, there was no clock or clock radio which is a little
odd in an airport hotel. -

To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.
