Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. Especially if you prefer boutique experience and not the mainstream large hotels for mass tourism. Personal touch, great design and relaxing atmosphere is what you get. Another surprise came from their restaurant: the chef has a Michelin star and it shows. His creations is a work of art on a plate that will tickle all your senses. The staff is helpful and will get you sorted with all your trips to the waterfalls. The owner is great

  From the first moment we entered the hotel we loved it. Reception stuff was very helpful. Our room was lovely with comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. swimming pool and services by the pool were excellent and the food we had at the bar/pool area was good. It is locate in the middle of the jungle near to the Iguazu river with amazing swimming pools with tress in the middle of them. The rooms are lovely and its staff were very kind all the time.   Great location, there are a couple closer to the falls but this is right on the river, close to the point of Argentina / Brazil / Paraguay and the main town area is round the corner. Hotel was amazing and a Casino for those who fancy a little roll of the dice - Good staff, excellent facilities, with easy walking access to the town.
