From the first moment we entered the hotel we loved it. Reception stuff was very helpful. I loved this place! it was one of the best hotel I've been ever! It is locate in the middle of the jungle near to the Iguazu river with amazing swimming pools with tress in the middle of them. The rooms are lovely and its staff were very kind all the time. Definitely I recommend this amazing place! The paradise!

This hotel is great. The reception staff where so friendly and the room was perfect for what I needed which was pretty much a bed and a shower. The hotel was really close to some good restaurants and near the bus terminal to the falls. The added bonus of the breakfast really helps with the budget too as the falls and iguazu itself is quite expensi

They arrange a taxi back to the airport and also looked after my luggage when is checked out and went to the falls for the morning. -
We loved everything!! This hotel was great value for money and for us, that took this as a break from hostels because of the poor quality of the hostels in the city, it was a true paradise! Comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff (especially the pregnant woman and the man that was a bit older) and great big showers! Do not hesitate, stay here!

Loved the rooms and the pool area was just gorgeous. Great choice for breakfast and it was lovely to finally have an area of fresh fruit! (It would have been nice to have some non-sweetened breads though-too much sweet stuff and cakes!!) Really enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous views from our room, and good staff. -

The lobby and breakfast area and all other areas, including the pool are well designed, welcoming and very pretty.I also found the front desk staff helpful .

THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time.
The restaurant was great! We had breakfast included, so we ventured out for dinners... The last noght we ate dinner at the hotel - we wished we had eaten there every night

The hotel was well situated being near restautrants, shops and the bus station.
The rooms were spacious and comfortatable. Well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer and a fridge. Didn't need to use the fridge bar.
Breakfast in the Restaurant whilst plentiful, lacked imagination and after a few days became repeatative.
Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Even arranged to telephone for the airport bus without question.

Great location, there are a couple closer to the falls but this is right on the river, close to the point of Argentina / Brazil / Paraguay and the main town area is round the corner. Hotel was amazing and a Casino for those who fancy a little roll of the dice -

El parque es precioso, y la facilidad para acceder a todos los paseos que llevan a las cataratas, incluido el trencito, significa tener todo a punto y accesible, lo cual ayuda mucho más a relajarse y disfrutar. The hotel was clean and located in a quite area but the walls were very thin so noise from other guests was a problem early in the evening. -

Todo el personal fue muy amable y había varias actividades (ordenadores, billar, ping pong y sobre todo la piscina). Aunque estaba algo fría cuando fuimos es todo un lujo.
Además se puede cenar en el hotel y si se prefiere con el colectivo o taxi se puede ir al centro.

Estuve con mi mamá unos días, nunca habíamos ido a un Hostel, teníamos unas expectativas grandes a ver como sería nuestra experiencia. Siempre acostumbradas a hospedarnos en hoteles íbamos con dudas. Pero fue genial!!!...una gran experiencia, recomendable para toda la familia, amigos. Supera limpio, muy buena ubicación!!!

Personal muy atento y amable. Lugar tranquilo se descansa muy bien después de un día de caminatas por las cataratas. Puedes tomar el bus hacia el pueblo al frente del hotel, o bien si quieres un algún tour en recepción te ayudan con eso. Desayunos ricos, la cena restaurant también es buena y a un buen precio. Excelente hotel, super limpio. Muy buena atención. El desayuno de primera. Las piletas y el parque daban el toque perfecto. Amplio salon de recepción con sillones por todos lados. Dispenser con agua fria y caliente las 24 hs en recepción. Los cuartos amplios y comodos.
