  Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area. Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. The apartments are large and spacious and although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment was given a 3 bed / 2 bathroom apartment... what people say » which was very spacious (probably more suitable for a family). There is a moderate kitchen with seperate laundry room which is handy as your clothes - As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone, especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Town, and a supermark

  I liked the way they took care of us from day 1 till our last day. Mr. Tuan welcomed us very warmly. Everything was on time. I booked everything from Splendid - airport transfer, tours and accommodation. They were very flexible to cater for our needs. Our Ha Long Bay Cruise was cut one day short due to bad weather and Splendid contacted other hote... what people say » l room for us. Splendid gave the best service among the hotels we booked in our 3-week indochina tour. I thank Mr. Marvin who assisted us even at the - We booked here to get away from the noise and bustle of district 1 and it was well worth it. Great hotel, pool, breakfast, room with balcony and good wifi. Can walk to district 1 in about 20 minutes maybe a bit longer but taxi's range from 40,000 - 90,000 vnd depending on traffic etc.

  I like the location which is opposite Taka Plaza, a block away frm TAX supermarket, less than 10 mins to Ben Thanh, near Saigon Center & it's only Dong $112k to Dung Tailor & Nam Silk - Location was very good, close to shops and Ben Thanh market.
