We like the club lounge and river view.The club lounge staffs good service. Exellant buffet breakfast. i liked everything about the hotel. couldnt wished for anything better. The location and hotel view were excellent. nothing. nothing. Lack of honesty and righteousness: Due to flight missconnection caused by the airline we arrived one night late to the hotel. I showed the hotel executives the letter which I had got from the airline and asked them for some favor in charging me for that night. They told me that letsbookhotel.com has debited my credit card and they can't do anything in this regard. Later I emailed letsbookhotel.com but I was answered that the hotel has misled me!!!.
