Proximity to the LCM Hospital where I had surgery. Extremely quiet 24 hours a day. Helpful people at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and pillows. Clean unit with a quick check-in. The kitchen left something to be desired. The vent hood that vented the cooking smoke into the room was stupid. Had to ask for missing pot and flatware. Our car was damaged while parked in the narrow slots in the parking lot. Had to ask for hair shampoo.
