Staff very friendly. Cleaness and Confort. I like that it was clean. I like it very much. excellent location. Loved everything!! Staff, rooms, it was super clean, friendly staff! Loved Carlos who helped us carry or bags!! He was just awesome!!. none. No breakfast. was put in a side/ back stage room which doesn't match with my HHonors membership. after the first night i asked to move and got the 9th floor. should not happened first place.
