The hotel was lovely, the staff extremely helpful.

The hotel has lots of charm and the rooms are very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly. The complimentary wine evenings are great and the adjoing Cafe Lladro serves great coffees and cakes. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is great! You are walking distance to everything-great places to eat, shop, entertainment, Seattle Center, and so much more.The staff was exceptional!

Lack of elevator meant we stayed in a room on the first floor-not our favorite choice. They really do need an elevator.

Much noise from people partying at the across the street establishments very late.

the people were helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent.

The decor is dreary.
