The staff was very friendly. The pool was great. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had a nice variety. We enjoyed our stay and if I'm in the area again will definitely stay here. Can see why they were booked solid when we arrived. Good thing we had reservations. Great hotel at a great price!. We got a great price off the internet. I was worried because it was so inexpensive, but it was a really nice place. I saw some negative reviews online, but I didn't find them to be true. The breakfast food was good, too. We would stay there again if/when we need to in the future.
all reviews » Loved the pool, esp. The hot-tub. My kids felt very welcome, lots of space in the lobby to crawl around hours before the rest of the family woke up. Also, the breakfast lady was sweet. Liked the longer breakfast hours. They provided us with a "Grab & Go" bag for breakfast because we had to be at the airport before breakfast served. The lady that took us to the airport and picked us up is wonderful . .sadly, I don;t know her name. , I liked their proximity to the Indy airport, close to resturants/fast food, ability to leave a car while flying out of the airport, transportation to airport and effieciency at pickup/delivery to/from airport. Comfortable beds, clean room, nice indoor pool, good variety of breakfast items. Although we did not use them we appreciated having laundry facility and exercise room available. Alex was awesome at the front desk. Very informative and friendly. We appreciate the shuttle ride to the airport. Loved the price for such a beautiful place. The Staff at the Baymont were very pleasant and courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job with our room. Good value, easy check in and out. The brew pub across the parking lot was a great place to eat and have fresh brewed beer. The desk clerk checked us right in - no hesitation. Nice room and great location right off of I70. Friendly staff, welcoming and gracious. Our shuttle driver was great too. The staff helped me and allowed me to print off my boarding pass. Excellent value and good shuttle service from the airport. It was the only decent hotel I could find in the area that was priced fairly and allowed small pets. My family and I had to stay in a hotel for 6 days due to rennovations on our home. It was close to restaurants, and other businesses. Nothing. I wish hotel housekeeping (everywhere) were supposed to vacuum along the edges of the room. This hotel wasn't awful with dirt along the edges, but it obviously wasn't done. The hotel van driver seemed overwhelmed by parts of his job, E.G. he forgot to pick up a passenger, so we had to drive back to the airport instead of going directly to the hotel. When we left, he was not able to drive my husband to the rental car place bc he said he didn't know where Washington Street was. Staff made error in pre-paid room charge upon check in. The overage was credited back once the error was brought to their attention. If we had not been paying attention we would have been charged regular rate instead of pre-paid letsbookhotel.com discounted rate. A lot of children in the whirlpool and not allowing adults to be in there. Hallway carpets stained. Nothing to speak of. Construction in progress. Minor inconvenience. Desk staff were not very professional in appearance. Everything Ok. bathroom was not the cleanest--mold growing on tub fixture. Housekeeping did not do a good job. Our room was not cleaned one day on a stay over and it was never vacuumed the whole time we were there and when we moved to another room because of noise, our pillow cases were dirty. One of them had blood on it and most of them had hair on them. The rest of the bedding was fine, but the rooms could stand to be cleaned more throughly, but for the money it was fair. I had to switch rooms because the first one was infested with ants. The second one smelled really bad, but we settled for it, because the front desk clerk at the time was pushy, and didn't really want to deal with us. When we left, the clerk that was working in the lobby was a lot nicer. Leaking toilet that was told they would fix and did not. Floors are so out of level the garment hutch almost tips over! Staff does not do what they say they will do. Not worth the price no matter how low it is.
