The front desk staff. Specifically Anna she works the 7am-3pm shift. But she was still working the second night I stayed here helping Joey. Both ladies could not have been more helpful and understanding. Finally I find people who are willing to give someone honest like myself a break. Anna trusted me and I did not let her down. That meant everything to me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just because of Anna. She is the best thing going at this hotel. I hope this review is shared wi.
all reviews » Their staff do their very to assist their customers. They're also very friendly & go out of their way to ensure all needs are met. (That's everyone from the mgr, desk asst, maid/maintenance.) I am handicapped, and when I was unloading my car, the maid (Liz) stopped her duties to assist me to get my things into my room. And always said hello when I saw her. I come for a 21 day stay (2nd yr) for a conf/other reasons & I know I'll always have a pleasant stay there. I am grateful! Patty. The young staff was extremely understanding and helpful. Location was OK, as we used the place as a stop between two places. The room was clean, but a bit used, not too new. Breakfast was inculedde, too, so the price was worth it. The staff was great was there for bike week they even helped me load my harley back on my trailer made sure I had good parking to see my vehicle from my room 6 days for 195 super great deal thanks bell8. For the $ it couldnt be beat. For me, the location was key to many things we did in the Phoenix area. Would not hesitate to go back. Hospibitible up front never had a complaint except the vending machene eats your money. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning/ventilation worked great. Clean quiet inexpensive. The pool was awesome. staff. price. Breakfast was great, cost was amazing!! Room was clean, older decor but comfortable with no bugs or mold. In a poor location but easy access to a lot of areas. Staff was great, went for ice & machine was being repaired-a staff person brought us ice to our room!!. Bed was very comfortable and it was great having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Laundry facilities were useful.House keeping staff were always helpful. Hassel free stay. I left some of my clothes there and they were very helpful mailing them back to me. The breakfast room had a good variety of continental fair. The staff were friendly. For the price, it was O.K. Close to most Phoenix shopping and entertainment. The location was reasonable for this visit. The price was fine. Breakfast was great. Especially because of the price. Nothing great, was just another motel... The front desk people were polite. Man at desk pleasant. Price was ok. leaving. I like that we only had to stay 1 night at this location. I did not like anything about this hotel!. The pool area was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing it was all good. Nothing, except perhaps a bit more variety in the cont. breakfast. But overall, its all good. Pool was not too clean. Cant think of anything. Water stains on the ceiling. Inside door needed to be cleaned. Jacuzzi did not work. The breakfast sucked. n/a. only 1 ice machine. The carpets needed to be cleaned. Location was a surprise-but did have easy access to many areas. Breakfast finished at 9am. Pool did not look clean and carpet in the room in SEVERE need of deep cleaning- I would never walk on it without flip flops or socks on!. Bathrooms. Grounds not clean, lots of smokers and dogs in rooms, coffee pot never cleaned, loud. Bed uncomfortable, phone didn't work. No breakfast. Shower rod broken a/c didn't work neither did the only ice machine. insect bite me all night in bed Tire Sleeping Room No.228. Localization. It was a budget stay, 2/3 of the lights didnt work, non-smoking room stunk off smoke (most disgusting thing), hair's on the sheets, carpets were dirty (if walking in bare feet, crap got carried into bed), room next door was being partied in all night and sound proofing isn't great. You pay for what you get i guess - I wasn't expecting more than what we got. The first room was so dirty I had to rinse the bath (hair in it and peeling from a bad old restoration job)before using it and wipe the tables(soda spilled on it) and the toilet seat off(hair on it). The second room on the second day which we had to ask for because the first one was so dirty had plumbing issues(slow drains) so the water filled in the tub when showering. Also no coffee service in second room. Had no coffee pot but advertised, room was not very clean, cigarette burn marks all over bath tub, no smoking but ashes next to TV, only one wash cloth, toiletry items were used, all outside trash containers were overflowing and not emptied for the 2 days we were there, noisey at pool at 11:00PM, HBO advertised was not available. Maintenance was poor. For instance, there was no knob on the floor lamp so you had to plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. One of the wall plugs was so worn it was hard to get your appliance to stay plugged in. The bed was not good. We didn't sleep much. We had a long trip ahead the next day (380 mile drive). The floor was very dirty. Our flipflops were totally black after the few hours we were in the room. PUT ON YOUR FOOTWARE! it is DIRTY!. We borrowed the crib and it was a death trap. The one railing at the top was unattached and the other was tied on. The lamp was leaning up against the wall so it would stand. The manager was rude and not hospitable. He should not be a manager. Dirty room,scary tenants, loud neighbours, dirty dirty out dated. The wi fi did not work properly no desk as was promised noisy rooms thin walls. garbage lying all aroung. /broken funiture. poor breakfast area. Dirty stairwells. disinterested staff. Unsafe fridge. The room was filthy! Seriously stained carpet, dirty bed, bathroom falling apart. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Well unless you are looking for drugs or a prostitute. The hotel staff was very rude the room had cockroaches the furniture was dirty the walls were dirty the bathtub with dirty, No towels The pool was used until late at night with loud music and alcohol drinking! The breakfast was cheap and they refused to allow you to bring anything out of the lounge . I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family!!. What you see on the website is definitely not what you get in real life. There are holes in the wall behind the door, the lights above the night stand didn't work, housekeeping never changed our sheets in the 6 days we were there, on the 2nd to last day garbage didn't even get emptied, we had to go to the office to get toilet paper. I guess we were lucky just to get clean towels every day. No coffee available in the room. Certainly would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. Overall dingy atmosphere. Not kept up well. Hotel apparently satisfied with "the basics" and little more. Our stay was terrible. The breakfast was terrible. And we were accused of disturbing the other guests late at night. This was a false accusation. And we were threatened to be made to leave for no reason. The hotel was very dirty the first room I was in a non smoking room smelled of nothing but smoke and the bath tup looked like it had never been cleaned changed rooms bathtub again never cleaned tv fridge and microwave didn't work not enough pillows and when I went to the front desk they didn't have any. There was blood on the carpet and also on the wall bugs in the bath tub. It was freaking gross we slept in are car. Managment was rude. Water offer all day. When my wife finally got to shower next morning, they called police because she needed 20 extra minutes past checkout time. Son unnecessary and rude.
