The bed and linen were both so comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The room was also very spacious.

The internet minimum cost was $10 cash and this gave you only 20 minutes of computer time. The 3 computers are also located in the dimly lit bar with the screen open to passers by and is totally inadequate to do business related work there. I expected a proper, fully serviced, business centre considering the majority of the customers are likely to be UN staff/diplomats/business people.

From the curbside valet to the friendly front desk, the big room with an impressive view of the east river, our stay couldn't have been better! The indoor swimming pool is such a wonderful touch for a hotel in the city. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are so comfortable! We will be booking our NYC stays at this hotel from now on!!

Millenium UN Plaza New York is one of the most excellent hotels I have ever stayed at (on my own cost). The personnel was extremely kind and helpful and their attitude was extremely good. The room at the 37th floor with panorama view over downdovn New York was amazing. Great thanks to the hotel. Me and my 12 years old son (who actually choose the hotel by looking at different options at Internet) are so pleased that we choose Millenium UN Plaza Hotel NY.

I stayed at the 38th floor and the view was fantastic. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. It is conveniently located close to station.

Hotel is clean, very close to UN, safe and very convenient

Rates fluctuates alot so you might be paying 150 dollars for the first 2 nights and then the 3rd night would be for 230. Also please note that after adding all the taxes the total amount paid would jump up high. No mini bars in the room

The state of the corridor as we got out of the lift was disappointing -there was paper that had been taped down on top of the carpet (wewondered if their had been a leak of some sort)

The view from our 40th floor room was quite an experience! Superb! Theroom was large and clean (quite a big bathroom too). The bed was reallycomfortable. The position of the hotel is good enough; close to GrandTerminal station (very convenient); many restaurants around. Also thehotel staff was really polite and very helpful.

It would be nice if breakfast was included in the price of the room.Also the room could use a renovation, since the decoration seemed ratherold. A shower gel would be useful too (there were soaps, hair sampoo andconditioner, etc).

Very nice - impressive - superb view. Room was very clean. I would return at any time. Position - good enough; 15 minutes by walking to Time Square, close to Grand Terminal; many buffets and restaurants around.

Do not pay valets before doing their jobs; you could be cheated. I payed one for carrying my luggage because I was in hurry and he passed (taking my money) me to his colleague.

The view is amazing!!!! The room is very spacious and clean, the location is quiet and nice. Transportation is easy, close to Grand Central and few main bus lines.

the staff were extremely pleasant, the hotel was gorgeous and thoroughly loved it and if slightly less in price would love to stay there again

quite pricey for the room, ammeneties were very good but no better than other hotels of that standard in the area and my bed was not level so did not sleep so well - informed reception next day who said they would look into it. If I was staying for more than one night I would have told them immediately to rectify it but didn't see it was worth creating a stir just for one night

Being my first time in New York I found my stay excelllent because of this hotel. The staff were A1 the room was fantastic with its views of the city. Friends who have stayed in more expensive, better rating hotels have , I feel not had a true value for money experience like we did. I must sound like im being paid to say all this but im not.... I spend 6 days here and was more than happy.

At the end of the day... if you take a real look at everything and the friendly staff and convienience you can fault the hotel.

Rooms and the views were great - although the pictures on your website did not show rooms as they would be.

We arrived in New York at 6pm and were told our room wasnt ready as the staff were running behind, we were given a complimentary drink and food in the bar due to our inconvienience and kept checking to see if there was any more news by 9pm we still had no room and decided to go out after being told our room would be ready on our return. 11.30pm STILL NO ROOM!!!! all was then sorted by staff.

The people in the reception were very service minded, we appreciatedtheir attitude.The view from our room on the 36th floor was fantastic,got many good photos of the Chrystler bldg and the Empire State bldg:)We enjoyed the pool area after long shopping days.

The fitness room was a bit small, and would get too crowded if more thanthree persons were in there at the same time. The bar was not attractiveat all - too claustrophobic and not so classy. Strange that thereweren't a bar with a view.

The good thing about the hotel is that the rooms start at the 28th floor so you get a great view no matter what. The rooms are also quite large. You have a pool (27th floor), a tennis court and a gym.

Excellent view and comfortable room. Really shame for the New Year Eve swimming pool closed....not really fair if we pay a full rate and I have half of the services...We didn't formal get complaint but was really deceptive.

on the New Year eve ( we paid the most expensive rate on that day ) the swimming pool closed at 5 instead 11 pm....I cannot understand the reply we are flexible in these days with the staff if I expect a brilliant service with facilities.....Bathroom always with not shower gel (reminded many times and at the end I bought one from myself) .....TV Remote controled didn' t work ( reminded to the house keeping but they never changed the battery).
