The little interaction we had with the staff was positive. Our room was
clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great for us....a
healthy walk to 5th Avenue.

The room setup, the vanity and bath room where separate with no sink at the toilet.
I arrived at 10 am for the breakfast and not even coffee was available.
The clock in our room was off by five minutes, we had be en very late
checking in after a long day on the road so never thought to check clock
accuracy. Staff basically ignored mywbself and three others who. Arrived
at closing time.
Rooms were very average but clean and the beds comfortable . Pool just ok, nothing special but the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast coffee was terrible.
The building is older so there was obvious wear & tear. The third
floor hallway looked & smelled grim but the room was ok. The
"value for money" was good only in comparison to the other
hotels we looked into in Naples.
LA QUINTA INN AND SUITES NAPLES DOWNTOWN had just acquired the building and it would be unfair to judge the facility at this time. In all, our experience was fair.
Tired appearance, a little grubby, makeshift appearance of so-called
"deluxe" double that we'd booked.
The room was not confortable and smelled .
The floor was all wet, and smell very bad, we couldnt stay there more than 1 night.
