Absolutely beautiful location well kept and right on the docks with bars and restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to in ad out. if you love boats it's right on the dock with beautiful clean Naples, shopping a quick stroke, marina first rate. Awesome for boaters over 22 feet. Watch out for the tide and tie up overnight. Beautiful yachts to see and the water way is loaded with gorgeous homes only a ten minute ride out to the gulf. Awesome location!.
all reviews » Our room was welcoming and felt very homey. Our balcony was by the water, which we enjoyed immensely. The fact that there was a microwave in the room was a bonus - it gave us the option of eating supper on our balcony one evening. The location is perfect - within walking distance to 5th Avenue as well as the fabulous beach area. We will stay here again on our next visit to Naples. Old hotel. Rooms with kitchenettes, well furnished. Bay view upgrade with balcony. Nearby restaurant with a nice view, a bit pricey but good. There is a cafeteria in the lobby, popular among the locals. Plenty of parking space. Naples Pier at walking distance. Near many good restaurants. Best place ever we had stayed in Naples. Excellent room! Very nicely decorated, clean & extremely comfortable bed. Staff was awesome. Everyone is friendly & very helpful. Has 3 restaurants on property. We enjoyed a GREAT meal at the steak restaurant. Perfect location for shopping & fishing trip & relaxation. We will return !. A beautiful location, right on the bay, with a choice of good waterside restaurants within a few minutes walk. Also a great and reasonably priced breakfast cafe off the lobby and a short stroll to Naples pier, where we watched dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing - not to be missed!. We loved the hotel,very simple but with a beach filling you can't find in hotels anymore, the view is beautiful, well located, walking distance from restaurant and shops. The coffee shop has the best french toast, and everything else was really good too. Staff was incredibly friendly, made us feel very important, our room overlooked the bay - so beautiful, the pool is small, but deep and it overlooks the bay - it was hardly ever busy which was nice. There's a tiki bar right by the pool. So fun. Simple, quick check-in. Room was very clean, well-appointed and had a great view (Bayside). Great breakfast available down by the lobby. And 2 minute walk to a most enjoyable meal (fresh Maine lobster for Lady Navigator) at the Boathouse -. Overerlooking the marina on Naples bay perfect location to relax and soak up the atmosphere would definitely recommend excellent. It was pretty much false advertising with the large bush right outside the patio. This was VERY disappointing. NEVER would have booked this had I known this was the view we would have. The room refrigerator was a bit small and the bathroom a bit snug. Nothing. Very noisy air-conditioning units, which caused the walls and floors to vibrate. You could also hear the units from several other rooms.Plus paper thin walls made it feel less private. Slightly dated room facilities yet these are offset by the fabulous location. The price was a little high but I reallized it was high season.. Nothing. There was nothing that we didn't like, it was amazing. Our "bay view deluxe king" had a very obstructed view..not like the picture on line. Very loud wedding party making noise until 2am. The police were called, but nothing taken off room rate for lost night sleep!. very noisy outdated air conditioning unit. Some noise as our room was directly above the Tiki Bar. However, that ended by 10 pm which was fine for us. On-site cafe closed too early at 1.30 pm. Male guests standing in the pool drinking. N/A. the bathroom in our unit was very small. bathroom too small. Super uncomfortable bed. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms very comfortable ,beautifull view , relaxing, excellent food, (Run) assocciate from the front desk , excellence in guest service. Old and noisy air conditioner. Requested a late check out for the next day following an interview at 2:00 pm and was granted. The next day at 11:00 was called by the front desk and all but called a liar, was told to check out immediately or would be charged for an extra day. Upon checking out the front desk appologized and had checked with the person on the day before. The day was ruined at that point. Reserved a king size bed but the room we got had a queen bed. The mattress was so stiff could hardly walk the next day. We found the staff unhelpful and not very friendly. Our Booking. Com reservation form clearly stated that we had paid 100% of our first night at the time of booking, but the hotel refused to honour this, and took the entire amount.
