Room was really well maintained -- meticulous in details. Location can't be beat: Right across the street from beach. Owners upgraded me to better room. Suites are very cozy. Staff gives you a lot of space and privacy. Just an awesome place to stay on Montauk. Great welcome, very comfortable and nicely furnished. Fantastic to walk out straight onto the beach. Really good all round.
