Very late arrival but no problems at check in. Staff were very helpful at check in and check out. Clean rooms. A bit of wear and tear in the bathroom but not atypical for the price and location. Location was great for shopping in mackinaw city and really close to the ferry boats to Mackinaw Island as well. Expected to pay more but was very pleased overall. More than expected. Very clean,quiet, perfect location. Just a walk away from the shopping and ferries. Pool was fantastic for our family. We will definitely stay there in the future.

The room was clean updated tv and the location was good outside was well maintained. The indoor pool area looked a bit worn and there were still towels from the night before in the area. But, my kids didn't care so I was happy. In summer I wish they would leave the breakfast area open until 10:00. Slow wi-fi. It was a little out dated, can use a new mattress the breakfast was not that great. Lobby smelled like smoke. Breakfast buffet good but ended at 9:30, too early for vacationers in our opinion. We found the beds quite uncomfortable. Room was pretty small for 4 people. If you cannot do stairs, don't get a room on the second floor as there is no elevator - it can make hauling luggage to your room a bit of a challenge. Dead bat by door bothers of stay. nothing. The pool was dirty and the beds were very hard. smelled a little musty. also picture on line seemed different than our actual room. Rooms were a little small. Having to leave... Rooms and bed could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was a bit minimal. Didn't restock room towels coffee soap. Weak wi-fi. It was all good. Breakfast. noise insulation. Breakfast should be more attractive。. Small for a family of four...and older and dated ...Price for stay should be cheaper. Very Noisy when I asked for a quiet room, next to a stairwell, heavy walkers. Desk employee not very neat. Numerous bugs. bathroom wallpaper peeling, toilet very slow to flush. I know there is nothing you could of done but there was a kid running all around upstairs and the bed was very uncomfortable we both woke up when we did fall asleep with horrible backaches and the pool was yellow.
