- For us location was wonderful: many attraction and museums for children within 10 min walk. Also bus stop is in 5 min walk so all other points of interest are reachable. - Fresh fruit for breakfast + bakery. It was very nice. - Help of Hotel staff with car parking. I felt safe walking to dinner. It was clean and quiet. Just a basic place to stay without all the frills. The room is quite large and the bed was comfortable. I'll stay again when I am back in the area.

Park either with a permit from the hotel (free) or just circle around a block and you might find another spot. Safe area to walk; pleasant walk to variety of restaurants; near to LA County Museum which was my destination. Comfortable bed, large room with place to work, and good shelf space around the sink. We liked the location. The room and breakfast was great exceept that there was no brewed decaf. Thanks to the front desk staff for sending a fax for me. Located in a nice neighborhood, close to Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Nice old small hotel, large rooms, very clean. Good breakfast, and helpful staff. I liked the location. Parking is a pain, especially if you come back late in the evening. But the staff is helpful in finding close parking. Parking. Had to park at the bank which was close but there was a homeless person sleeping in the corner which made me a bit nervous. Everything I expect from a small budget hotel. parking can be a bit tricky, not that many spots available in the street. you can park at Wells Fargo close by, yet you have to move your car before 8. Towel rack by the sink, not expensive to do. A few shelves on wall next to sink. The lights above the beds should have separate switches. no hot tub or pool. the continental breakfast was a little short. The remote TV controls are very difficult to use. We had to ask the man at the desk to help and it was still so complicated we continued to have trouble. This is the second time we've stayed and the problem was the same before. didn't find any near by public transformation to get around but as far as i understand L.A is known to be problematic with that. No microwave, seating in room was minimal. Electrical outlets were loose. Faucet on sink was not fastened properly. Access to ice. Hotel seemed dated. We and our friends had two rooms and the toilet didn't work properly in either. No smoking rooms. The room was dirty. Too many issues to remark upon. I will advise people to not stay there. Not worth the money and no one really cared to hear my about my problems.
