When we arrived the paperwork was done quickly and correct. They meet my request for ground floor do to senior citizen and health. Conviently located near all our shops and quietly located. Love the idea of parking right out side of door; able to keep eye on car. It was probably our best trip we have taken there. Staff, especially the man who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Also, we ended up changing rooms in order to be closer to our vehicle and had to take a smoking room. We were pleasantly surprised that it did not smell of smoke!.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived very late in the evening , very tired and not at our social best. the staff at check-in made us instantly at home and the rest of our stay was just as welcoming. The Pioneer Casino and Hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and in decent condition. The food was done to (my) perfection. I will stay there again. I liked it where we could walk to other places and walk on the beach. Also that you was soooo close to the Starbucks. We liked the rustic look, everyone was very friendly. I liked that I could take my dog. Cleaning staff was very animal friendly. Super easy to do a room inspection to get my pet deposit back. I really liked the staff the pool I liked how the hotel is close to everything the ac worked great we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location with all the necessary facilities and a nice restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a relaxing trip for my husband. We were on an anniversary trip and definately want to come back with our kids. The man that checked us in was very and informative. Very helpful. Gave us what we asked for. Only one located at end row of motels. One of the beds in our room was not as comfortable as the other--it was pretty worn down and soft. Could not get on internet, but staff warned us of this. I have been to Pioneer many times - I know what I'm getting into. My only complaint is that Wi-Fi is not available in many rooms, and the only ice machine I've found is far away from the pet rooms. If they fix the wi-fi I'll ignore the ice machine thing. Food service hours were not all they could be and we had to go to the Colorado Belle (not my favorite place) to find an open cafe,. While the room was clean, it felt otherwise. It was very dated, the tub surround was cracked and the fixtures were very old as were the decor and furnishings. However, when in Laughlin, how much time does one spend in the room? Will stay there again!. NO close ICE! One had to go to the bar to get ice & then they only wanted to give 1 small bucket full. It was 118 degrees when we were there, I liked that, but wanted more ice in a closer location. I didn't like that no breakfast was offered not even coffee in the rooms. Could hear the tv in the room next door, all night!!!. There was no ice machine in every level. I know this is laughlin, but it would be nice to have a small frig in the room. Rooms need some upgrading---a bit worn and run-down. The door to our room was very hard to open. No ice when no staff in laundry room. staying on second floor without a view. Nothing!!. The curtains, the pool was closed, bio, I got a free nite out of it, very nice supervisor on the phone,( Shirley).Good upgrade thier TV. A little old & worn. Lock on inside of door was broken (deadbolt worked). n/a. Hike to the ice machine Tv needs to be moved onto dresser instead of that little cart which is too low. Not enough parking near the room, had to walk too far. Ice machine always empty. Bartenders could offer much better and friendly service. Rooms need updated. Booking add said 15:00 check-in, but the hotel said 16:00...had to wait for the room. Slots were extremely tight. Next door was much better gambling. Bathroom too small and no private dressing space. Ice machines were few and far from our room. Was the worst service and meal we have ever had at any restrurant. Took 30 min for our food to arrive the swhe gave it to the next table. so another 20 min to get it right. Maybe they had i problem I'm not aware of but the food was bad too. Sorry I wont be back. rooms need to be A little upgraded,tvs to old pillows and beds not real comfotable.it would be hard to stay there more then one day. nothing. The Stingy Machines. had to go to the Nugget to wim anything.,. Shower heads to low and bath towels to rough. N/A. Rooms pretty dated. Beds to little, soft, and low to the ground. 1.Could not get my WiFI to connect Don't know why? Worked at other hot spots. 2. My A/C went out. They fixed it though. No problems 3.Slots were tight. 4. Thought the front desk was rude when I complained about not getting internet.(The old woman that works there). only one ice machine working in the whole complet. need iron in room, also a alarm clock. No hot water for 2 days for showering. The room was a little run down. Afew stains here and there. But cheap. Iwas happy for the price. And I will stay there again. The food was just so-so in the resturant. The dinning experience. The staff was rude, service was horrible, and the food was bad. The waitress either needed more training or not be working there. room facilities limited - no hairdryer, no fridge - even had to pay for ice!. The room smelled like cat urine, the room was not up to date. Although it had been cleaned before I got my room it still did not seem very clean to me and the smell was awful. rooms TV, matrass, didn't feel safe at night.
