From start to finish, an absolutely fantastic experience. Great valet service as soon as you arrive, the staff at every part of this hotel was wonderful making sure you have a great time. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The staff at the concierge were amazing, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentative by making sure they attend to all our needs, this was highly appreciated. all reviews » This hotel blew me away! The rooms are so amazing I exclaimed wow every time I entered. The balconies are so Awesome! All casino stakes are pretty high. I'm not super high class and had to adjust to being slightly out of place in the evening because almost everyone gets dressed up but they don't give you looks for not. During the day everyone seemed to be dressed down for a pool party and I found out why. The main pool deck is sweet! It's exclusive to guests and friends of guests. This keeps it. The rooms and the general decor of the entire hotel was modern and lived up to it's Cosmopolitan theme. I splurged a bit for the room overviewing the Bellagio fountains. It was a stunning view though the prices for such rooms are really expensive. The check in and check out was pretty fast with staff tending to you. Water was offered to some visitors but not to us. The buffet breakfast was one of the rare few that opened till 2pm. Some hotels have their breakfast only till 9.30am or 10am. The . City room was spacious,clean, very comfortable beds .The view of the Bellagio fountains brilliant.Breakfast at the wicked spoon great with something for everyone although goes from 25 dollars to 33 dollars at the weekend . The Bamboo pool was lovely and we managed to get beds in the shade most days , it does get busy though . Casino area bars glamourous .All staff we encountered were polite and efficient .I was a little concerned reading some reviews after we booked however our experience was p. Cosmopolitan was an amazing hotel, located in the middle of the strip. The decor in the room was very modern and sophisticated. Me and 3 friends stayed in the room and it was the perfect room for the four of us. The concierge was very knowledgeable about the neighboring restaurants and sold us on the Blue Ribbon sushi restaurant in our hotel - the sushi was AMAZING and the atmosphere was very swank and hip, I felt like I was having a Sex and the City moment. lol... I would definitely stay at th. Everything - one of the best we seen on our first trip to Vegas! From the moment you walk in, the reception sets the tone. It's stylish, sophisticated and so relaxed. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is pure class and is served until 2pm!!! - perfect for when you find yourself in the amazing casino until 7am!!! I would stay again 100%. Efficient checkin/checkout. We upgraded to a larger room with a full view of the Bellagio Fountains and part of the strip - excellent decision. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very efficient dining room staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent location - most of the attractions were within easy walking distance. Only the Wynn was a bit far. WOW! The Cosmo is amazing. The room we had was enormous with a balcony overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The hotel is very unique and offers a contempory decor throughout which is world class.Drink pricess were expensive, as was food in the restauarnts. That said, the buffet selection was better quality than some restaurants I've been to. This is the second time I have stayed at the Cosmo and it's by far the best hotel on the strip - everything from the room, staff, restaurants/clubs/bars/pools is impeccable! We had booked a standard terrace and we got upgraded to a wrap around balcony room with an awesome view for very little cost! I will def stay again at the Cosmo!. I liked that a concierge came over (Jameson) to our room and helped me with my bowtie. It was top notch customer service. Also, Wil at front desk provided excellent customer service upgrading us to higher floor overlooking the strip. The small things in life that go a long way. Thanks guys for making my wedding that much special. From the moment we arrived the staff was very accomodating and friendly the design was very sexy and perfect for a young modern couple the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and just perfect. For two people who have stayed in some of the best places, and travelled the world the cosmo is one of our favorite hotels. what i would say about best Hotel in Vegas , it is gracious place with all you could think about , luxurious room , best view of Bellagio fountain and the strip , attentive staff , best restaurants on level 2 , I give it 5 stars with a pleasure . if you are in Cosmo you will be in the heart of the vibrant strip. Presentation of the hotel was immaculate. The corner suite we stayed in was most generous in its proportions and was very comfortable. The hotel was equipped with a great range of amenities, bars, shops and restaurants. Check in and out was super simple, and the staff were more than helpful. Exctional customer service. Casino not smoky. Beautiful design - art deco inspired. The spa was relaxing, masseurs excellent. Wicked Spoon buffet has great food. Jaleo's tappas restaurant is fabulous. We can not say enough great things about Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Beautifully designed yet practical rooms, privacy, sound proof, fantastic access to casinos, other hotels, shows, dining areas. Amazing facilities and array of dining and shopping options in house. Fabulous stay over all. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!. We loved the overall vibe, the beauty of the lobby to the chandalier..the decor throughout the entire hotel was beautiful, the food was great, the lack of tourists as in other hotels, the room was great and the view of the Bellagio fountain. The rooms are amazing.... the Japanese soaking tub was excellent. The beds very comfortable..... and the room stocked with books was an unexpected treat....felt like a home instead of a hotel room. This is our 2nd stay at The Cosmopolitan, we paid for the room with breakfast buffet - great value. We love having the balcony, the only hotel on the strip with a balcony,. the hotel is immense, you could spend days wondering around it. The restaurants are all spectacular esepcially the wicked spoon buffet which for a buffet has so much choice but the quality is really high. the rooms are beautiful. I cannot express how much I loved my stay here. Service was exceptional, room was BEYOND amazing. Free upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a Japanese soaking tub and view of bellagio fountains. I seriously loved every moment. Everything was just perfect. The location is very central. Great selection of restaurants inside the hotel. Rooms are modern and new. Friendly staff and all the facilities are available. Great value for the money. The room was luxurious. The jacuzzi bath was lovely. Quick to check in. The balcony was lovely. Mood lighting in each room. Checked out over the phone. Would definitely stay there again, did not want to leave. The room was spectacular, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in a hotel, the view overlooked the bellagio fountain, the terrace was huge, the room was overall one of the nicest I've been in, in Vegas. It was in the perfect location and had the nicest staff. The deal was great since it included a breakfast each morning at the buffet. The rooms were superb with Balconies available even on the 59th floor which allowed you to smoke. Great views over the strip and Bellagio fountains. My room and view were fantastic and it doesn't take for ever to walk from one end to the other. The pool was also very nice. The staff were amazing, I like the layout of the building. The Hotel was beautiful. Alot of ffort put into presentation and staff was very pleasent and couldn't do enough for you. This is a very good location and the city center landscape, fashion design and fast parking, everything is satisfactory. I did not dislike anything about this hotel. You should expect to pay to stay here but it was worth it for me!. The price was a bit steep, the hotel shuttle service only last till 2pm so we got to take a taxi to the airport. However, for 2 pax, the taxi ride cost around $20 which is fine. As long as you don't get rip off by some taxi drivers, you can consider taking the taxi. There was no boiler or free water in the room but this might be something common in the States. It doesn't cost much for 2 bottles of complimentary water, especially in the searing heat of Vegas. Pools close at 8pm which is far to early. The only issue was that housekeeping would take our dirty towels and not replace them with fresh towels. So most of the time we had to wait approximately 30 minutes for clean towels, which is annoying when you're in a rush. A larger covered area aound the pools - the sun was unbearable at times (yes, it was July, I realise!). The entrance door to our room along with bathroom door were very hard to open. Out of all the things, this is what stuck in my head. The fact that we had to leave. None that I could find . Nothing. The check-in could be improved....separate line-ups waiting for reception clerks. One line waiting for the next available clerk would be better. The mini-bar is stocked and if anything is moved it is charged to your room. The kitchenettes do not have ANY equipment....no spoon etc. Ordered some room service, took an hour. Tried to cancel it and was advised that if we cancelled it we would be charged anyway. No big deal considering we got a free upgrade. The room was dusty, they could definitely do a better job cleaning the room. we visited on memorial day weekend and although we are up for partying there were a lot of young people that were so trashed barging around the hall ways. Plus you have no change of getting a sun lounger unless you get to the pool for about 8.30. The other main drawback was that the lifts kept on breaking down, once day we waited 30 minutes to get back our floor. No coffee maker in the suite. The fridge in the kitchen Was full of mini bar products, which you could not remove or you would be charged. So could not put water in there. Price was on the higher end, especially for a Monday. We did miss a clock in the bedroom, but as this is Vegas I guess one should not need one. Price of the breakfast. One night, we could smell cigarette coming from another room (ventilation?). When we visited one of the swimming pools was closed which meant the main pool was very busy- to guarantee a sunbed you needed to be at the pool very early- which for a hotel that likes to party wasn't great!. The guy at check in was not to friendly thats the only reason the staff got "good" for review. Was there to celebrate my birthday. When my husband mentioned it was my birthday and asked about the room the guy seemed to have an attitude saying the view isn't the best but we could pay to upgrade. We choose to stay with the room we purchased the view was amazing. Loved the room. Other than the guy at check in the staff is great and ready to assist you at anytime. That I had to check out when our trip ended. Everything was good. 1. Cosmo mentioned it can provide iHome sound system to play music in your rooms but eventually the staff could only provide a RC cord to hook up to TV 2. TV sound quality awful. The lift system. Not much to complain about except that it is a little bit more expensive than the other hotels, however you can't argue with what you are actually paying for. Long wait to check in. Lack of housekeeping - we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll ! Couldn't use fridge because it was full of "tagged" bottles & cans. No kitchen utensils/plates/cups. Phone didn't work & despite reporting it twice it was not fixed. Leaving. Like most big hotels, the food drink and mini bar prices are so expensive it almost spoils the whole experience. Greed has totally consumed hotel management when its nearly cheaper to go to the shops down the road and buy a kettle a whole packet of tea and the sugar and the milk, than order a pot of tea through room service. Don't even look at the mini bar or you will be charged. Nothing to complain. It isn't connected easily to Aria or Bellagio. Did seem a little expensive for the cabanas in comparison to other resorts I've stayed at. I had to get the room another night due to missing my flight home and it cost me more then any other night I stayed at the resort. Being a 5 star hotel, food from room service and drinks at the pool bar are expensive, which was to be expected.
