The room was lovely and large. Security was great, you needed your room card to even get to the elevators and then to access your floor. Wi-Fi was included in the "Resort Fee" and worked well. Huge sink counter so there was lots of room for your toiletries. Very reasonable price. Lots of food places available, fast food up to high end. Had great prices on breakfast, lunch and dinner with use of our card. Very personable dealers (even though we lost $1900.00). Your clean-up ladies did a great job on keeping our room clean and tidy. Very nice of your host to comp us on our room when we left.
all reviews » The room was clean. The hotel complex had many attractions in addition to the typical LV gambling. I was particularly impressed by the security staff. They were visible & patrolled frequently. It created a safer environment for children. Having never been in a casino of this calibre is simply amazing - you would never really need to leave at all; there are all the food places and bars and, in my opinion the Bowling Alley was the best part!. Clean & comfortable hotel with lots of things to do and a good variety of places to eat on site. Good value for the price I paid, even with the added facilities charge. King rooms were great with comfortable beds, great views; and loved the pool area. Appreciated the round the clock security at entrance of the hotel tower and pool area. Its so cheap compared to the standard of services provided. It is so cheap than hotels at strip and its at 15-20 min drive from the strip area (Henderson). I liked that the beds were really comfortable.the food at the resturants was affordable.the rooms were nonsmoking.the rest of the casino had good air also. Nice hotel with all the wanted facilities but not on the strip. Cigarette smoke is the killer with all the vegas casinos.....stinks everywhere. Room was clean and the staff was good. We had a medical emergency and they were able to handle our issue with few problems. The hotel friendly staff,nice layout of the building,very nice service nice rooms, enjoyed the mexican restraunt. staff was customer oriented. Restaurant atmosphere and food were excellent especially the Italian one. Facility was clean and mostly smoke free. Good amenities and food courts. Easy access to lv and sites. Big spacious room for affordable price, some feeling of luxury, many choices of side activities. The staff was amazing, a good varity of eating facilities and pricing was very good. Casino was good. hmmm... wasn't sleeping outside?. Bartender was very friendly. No bathroom fan, no grab handles in the tub and no soap holders in the bathtub. Not a lot of jackpots in any of the gaming areas of your casino during the four days we were there. No coffee in the room. The game room for the kids was somewhat lame. Bathtub seemed crowded with the ADA amenities. In the poker room not enough players show up to play the7pm tournament. But the cash texas holdem game is ok. Putrid stench of the cigarette smoke in any general public area. About 13 kms away from the strip and a taxi costs about $50 to get you there as no shuttle. If you have your own car then no problems. Limited staffing at checking in. Not offered opportunity for border pass which provides discounts on food and other items until last day of stay. Bath certainly in need of renovation, you can almost see rust. I would like to see coffee pots in the rooms and longer pool hours. Nothing. Nothing. There was no free internet connection.They wanted $10 a day to hook up to the internet. Did not like the parking for disabled/handicapped at the far entrance, not enough spaces for the handicapped Too many stairs to carry luggage into the hotel, especially if you are handicapped. Housekeeping kept shorting us towels. casno was dead. not much going on. Not enough slot machines and not enough variety of them. Too many keno and poker. Casino smell...stale cigarettes. Nothing. Pool Closed No coffee machine Casino restrooms away from dining. Noisy toilet flushing several floors. Bed headboard lights wrong bulbs too bright. Could only get a smoking room and it smelled bad. Even in my non smoking room it had the scent of a smokey casino. Bed TV Smell of smoke on non-smoking floor. gaming machines to tight. I did not like the activity charge. I was not informed of this charge when booking. I think all information and charges should be presented when booking so that there are no surprises when checking out. The Registration desk was out of the way. When I checked in, was not told about any features of the hotel or casino. My friend had to tell me about the member card to sign up for. I had never heard of this. When we did sign up, the young man did not tell me how to use it. I learned from my friend and the young lady that was signing him up. She even gave him a little instruction sheet about how it worked in the slot machines. Resort fee, that we not find any purpose of charging. Food in most of the restaurants in the hotel, was a disappointment. We didnt have hot water and had to call the desk. It was resolved quickly. I didnt realize it had service fees in the small print so the cost of the room was about 15.00 more than wcat i had planned. To much fluctuation in price from night to night. Shower was dirty Shower head was seperating from the wall. They have an infestation of nats flying in room. They came and sprayed but it did no good. I have bums all over my arms and legs. The rooms were dusty not that clean. I was late checking in due to flight problems. So used only one night. When checking out they tried to charge me again what wa s paid through letsbookhotel.com plus a 16.00 additional fee for "hotel services" which was their internet etc. This is not mentioned when you book and it is per day...ripoff I refused to pay it. When we made the reservation from letsbookhotel.com it was saying the tax is included but when we were checking out, they added the tax and an additional hotel fee which doesn't make sense. The trust I have for letsbookhotel.com is broken on this visit. For the price... not so much. Extra charges at check out. The front desk reservations clerk was unable to help satisfy me as concerned out of town customer. I was way over charged for the two rooms I had booked. I should of cancelled this trip all the way around.
