The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Anything we asked for or needed was taken care of within minutes. I requested an extra blanket in the middle of the night, and housekeeping was there almost immediately. The pool was cool even in 100+ degree temperatures. The food was good at the buffet and cafe, and not too costly. The fact that my room was close in proximity to elevator, vending machine, ice machine, cafe` and gift shop. I loved the Valet` service and picking up my luggage without me even touching it and taking to my room.It was great. Loved the fact that the hotel was next to the freeway (I keep getting lost).
all reviews » Great price. Location fantastic for what we needed (stayed one night on our way to the airport). lots of options of what to do. Buffet was fairly good, especially for the price. Was given vouchers for the hotel including a free book for bingo which was fun. A good impression was made due to the very friendly staff and layback environment. The location was ideal for business we had to tend to in the area. Wife and I will remember the Fiesta Henderson first the next time we have to do business near there again. Room was nice and location was close to highway and easy to find. Everything we needed was available and staff was very helpful. We will definitely use this hotel as a stopover on our next trip. We only stayed the one night as we had to drop our car off at Las Vegas the following morning, but the staff were very helpful when we arrived and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The price was good,the location was very easy to find. The staff was friendly, it was a bargain compared to all the other places we stayed on the trip. Was visiting family in Henderson. Great convenient location. The room was completely updated. Quite surprised at how nice for only 24.99 a night!. We like to stay here as it's right off I-515. Everything in one spot for our stay, restaurants, theatres, casino, pool and close to Vegas as well. A la carte restaurant is really good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped. Ample under cover parking.. Close to high ways. The beds were comfortable, the room was located right off the elevator and just across the hall from the ice machine. It was clean and restful. I really enjoyed my room. The view was great over the pool. I age in 3 of the restaurants and they were great. Thank you for a nice stay!. it is a 1st class hotel it has 6 restaurants a 12 screen movie theater and 1600 slot machines all under 1 roof. There were only three places to eat, one was a Starbucks, one was a Subway, and the third was a real restaurant. So you could only get coffee or a fast sandwich or Mexican food. Tap was leaking in the bath making noise all night, loud ac, no fridge. I can't think of anything. We had a good experience. Hard to find Registration Desk. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Nothing. No in room coffee. Carpet not vacuumed daily. The fan wouldn't turn off on airc onditioner. Smokey in casino. Entry a little confusing in back with handicap area. Problems with wifi. Ipad and mobile phone did not want to connect. After nothing worked and no issues resolved with staff, we just went to the casino where we could connect normally. Otherwise, great place. it is a bit out of the way as there is nothing around to visit but don't let this put you off great hotel. Location little far away from Strip but for the money that I paid, I am ok with the Location. Too smokey and the games need to be updated in the casino. The pet fee was outrageous but I should have researched that. the small print, in the add,we overlooked the $ 11.50 for the hotel service fee. No coffee maker, No fridge, no microwave in the room. falling apart room buffet not as good as our last trip here. Would be nice to have coffee pot and miceowave and mini fridge in room. My "letsbookhotel.com" quote was for $201., the charge to my card was $303. I called,left all the info, and was told someone would call me back. They haven'T. Have someone call me, the name is Piniotes, the dates of stay were 4/25- 4/28. 2 adults in a 2 queen room. The room had not been cleaned very well. The beds were made and there was clean towels. However the sink had a residue ring the toilet was running with cigarette butts in it. burned matches on the floor between the bed and night stand. I thought I was going to book a $39 room, but it ended up being $70 by the time I paid all the fees/ taxes and hotel fees that were sprung on me at arrival. I was shocked and disappointed. I didn't like the location. Very poor cleaning service. Room was not cleaned all day till I called the front desk. Rude staff no working fire exits and elevators not working.
