Great having the express food restaurants in the hotel. Very clean at all times. Extremely quiet and peaceful room which was huge and had amazing views of the strip. Reasonably priced mini bar in room. Free shuttle bus too and from the saved us on taxi fares and walking!. Great hotel with newer rooms and casino. Especially liked the automated Craps table and Sports Book area with larger big screens! Excellent value. Many good places to eat, fine dining and casual in the Food Court.
all reviews » Everything that we need it was in one location. The clubs were amazing, the more fun if the timing was exquisite the food court was great just to have snacks the casino was wonderful. We had a great time!. nightclubs, size of room the staff was incredible, always helpful and friendly when need be, and also created a comfortable and safe environment in the pool area and at the clubs. The check-in process changed from a couple of months ago. It only took a few minutes to complete the check in process with no wait. A much improved process. The rooms were very nice, the food court had excellent choices, the movie theatre was great ($5 on Monday's), parking was excellent!. Hotel itself was great, enjoyed it. Wish we stayed longer, but we were only there for one night. Will definitely go back. I loved the room, it was spectacular. And the Moon Club was awesome. Oh and the 8.99 prime rib was delicious. The staff was friendly.room was clean and comfy.had problem with hot water.the problem was repaired quickly. Great room, excellent decorating, large size, great view. Express elevator was nice. We were upgraded to an Ivory Tower suite. Great view, room exceeded expectations. The pool is the best, the whole hotel is amazing, will stay there next time. Nice pool. Ample self parking space. Good value buffet prices. Great hotel and room fantastic. Good restaurants within hotel. Simply the best hotel i ever stayed at... Will be back soon. A little far from the strip, but worth it, so really not a dislike. Nothing. distance from the strip. We didn't get the room we reserved, but the room they gave us was a new corner room and the view of the pool and the strip was beautiful! So really nothing bad to say!. 24/7 cafe had very slow service during dinner. Arrived at 8:30 pm, waited 25 mins to be seated and then waited for food service. Our buss boy attended to us more than our waiter. He was great, very nice and always available for assistance. I don't know where our waiter was. I saw him deliver our check. The buffet by the way was awesome. No complaints!. Pool is only opened until 6:00pm. Parking garage access was awful, no walkways. Had to walk on the driveway across cars or make a 10 min walk on "sky bridge". Think they did it this way to encourage valet parking. Not good pr when advertised as "free parking" Towels very scratchy, not acceptable in this class of hotel. 20 dollar resort charge is just bait and switch. I don't care if "everyone" does it. It is still a rip off and insulting. I would have preferred to be closer to the strip. The frequent shuttle to the Forum compensated. Nothing, everything was great. *Gym entry fee 15$. Free gym 10 mins walk in sweaty gym clothes through smoky casino. Not nice. *Hotel was overbooked. Room not ready until 8:45pm. *Check-in staff polite but unhelpful and looked annoyed more than the long line of customers. Shuttle to the Strip finished at 8pm far too early. Bed wasn't very comfortable and squeeked every time we moved. There was no jazuzzi tub in my bathroom like it was advertised. Attention to everyone!!! Pls carefully check the invoice for the correct debiting. I did not do because I was in a hurry to get the taxi and .... later on I discovered that I was debited 36,9us $ for beverages never done!!!!!!!!!!!. The hotel is too far to walk from the Strip. Shuttles to/from the Strip stopped at 8pm. My room (18F) had some kind of bar above it, and got really noisy on Friday night (the rest of the week was fine). Expensive vending machines, no store on-site. Free WiFi is really slow. Room was average. Shower knob was broken, lamp didn't work was expecting a little more based off of the pictures advertised. The internet provided under the resort fee is horrible. The rooms facing the pool are very noisy during the pool parties on Fridays e Wednesday. The staff was rude and very unhelpful, we were not provided with any service that booked with you and the front desk staff could not tell us why. Very dissatisfied with our booking.
