We are grandparents traveling with 5 grandchildren 6 yrs of age and under--so had lots of concern about "family friendly"--which they were in every respect==from having cribs available for the 8 month old and 2 year old, to providing "finger food" for breakfast and being patient with "little people" and their needs. Pool was great, too.
Loved everything about my stay. The night manager was very helpful and
friendly. My room was super clean and comfortable. I'll definitely

The room was spacious and clean. Getting the suite was a great idea although it could house up to 6 people. Really liked the gym too.

Everything about SpringHill was great. I did have trouble finding them
due to incorrect gps directions from Google Maps. I didn't like
being sent in the wrong direction at 12:30 in the morning. I called
SpringHill and the night manager assisted me in getting there safely.
The breakfast could have a larger selection instead of just eggs and sausage patties.
Noisy all night. Slamming doors. Loud talking in the hallway all night. Running up and down hallways.
We left a cell phone in the room. We were told it wasn't there only
the charger was. When my husband went up to the room it appeared under
the bed. Upon leaving the room, I checked under the beds and they were
clear. I reminded my husband to grab his phone, he didn't so 30
minutes later we realized what happened and turned around. I don't
trust the maid service. I believe someone took the phone and when we
returned to get it they threw it under the bed.

Pool was dirty and freezing. Hot tub not very warm either. Train nearby was noisy during the day.
Room lighting. Terrible over vanity for makeup application. Terrible at desk.
Room was tight, pool was dark and cloudy, hot tub was vert dirty and smelled like a creek(smell intensified when jets turned on), ashes in room coffee maker.
