Large, quiet rooms; spotless; great choice of breakfast items. Shopping, restaurants, freeway access all nearby. I would stay here again. Our suite was very spacious and most importantly, quiet. We had all the amenities we needed and everything was clean. The bathtub/shower was awesome. The refrigerator met our needs and we felt like we had the comforts of home. Gracious polite staff. Very clean. Incredibly inexpensive for the size of the room!.

The tv reception was terrible. The overall appearance was rundown. The room was not particularly clean. Smelled moldy- looked unclean. Very hard beds. Issues with the door locks, constantly locked out of the room. no hospitality phones to retrieve assistance. a bit costly and no breakfast. Key did not 3 times Window curtain did not close and fell apart Old hotel and needs maintenance. It could've been cleaner. You definitely get what you pay for. Several towels were stained. The pillows were small and flat. The TV had a fuzzy picture. Breakfast was minimal at best so we went out instead. The room was in disrepair The breakfast was less that appealing - broken toaster food not appealing. A/C wasn't working in room no sheets or pillows for sofa bed room wasn't clean. Doorknob was sticky and dirty. Hallways had bags of trash stairwell was nasty with trash on floor. Breakfast didn't have anything hot just cereal and muffins. Smelled of smoke. Should have asked for a non smoking room. One mattress was bad and not like any others. Towels were stained. Room service skipped room even after direct request and verbal commitment of "on the way". Food area dirty with food on floor and sticky floor from spilled drinks. Manager promised to deduct 50% from bill for lack of service and then sent bill with only a 10% discount for one day. Breakfast is as cheap as possible! Almost nothing to eat! Very greedy. Everything else. The place smelled awful, nonsmoking in name only. While the room was huge, it was functionally no more useful than a small room. And the bed sank in the middle and was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a generally dirtiness about it.The breakfast was abysmal. And the shower only half worked. Loud. Party in the hotel which continued after I complained at the front desk. I will not be staying here again.
