The carpeting was dated, but passed the white sock test. The entire room was very clean and mostly updated. The bed was comfortable. The internet signal was strong. The staff was very friendly. The staff is very kind. They support us very much with all requests. Breakfast is not excellent but is ok. Good location it is really close to US 59 and The Galleria mall. Thought it was a great place, very near the show I was doing. Great location as far as restaurants and other businesses.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would've liked and the breakfast was ok but the quality of the ingredients was pretty awful. n/a. No dinner is served here. Had to eat out and this was stressful for me as I arrived on a intercontinental flight. The young woman at the desk upon check in was very slow and seamed more interested in texting on her cell than helping guests. She was borderline rude. powered eggs. :-) no biggie tho!. The smell of boiled eggs from the breakfast room flooding the surrounding area in the mornings. Location. Staff was moderately friendly. bathroom light burned out at midnight and the best suggestion was for me to move rooms or move free-standing lamp into bathroom. Breakfast was not good. It included the same menu daily. So not worth while. Also was unhappy wd the letsbookhotel.com rates. It was higher than the actual rates at reception the day I checked in. The rooms had a kind of stinky smell guess the carpets need a change. Air Conditioner didn't work. We were so tired after returning from a funeral, we did not notice til around midnight that the air conditioner wasn't working. We were too tired to pack up all our stuff and relocate to another room, so we just suffered it out. I informed to desk clerk first thing the next morning. You would have thought we would have been offered some type of refund for our misery, but no offer was made. I did not like the fact that I arrived at the Hotel before 12H00, after 14 hours trip and could not check-in before 15H00. noisy. You can't open the windows. Room sheets, tv only had 10 channels. They didn't have our reservation. We did not get the King Room we were supposed to get. They were uncooperative in trying to help us because they said letsbookhotel.com was at fault.
