The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The room was well laid out, clean and very comfortable. This is clearly the best hotel I have stayed in Houston. I enjoyed it much better than the other "higher branded" hotels near the galleria area. I think this hotel is the best hotel around galleria area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was excellent, and the location was perfect for galleria area where the hotel gave shuttle take you to galleria mall.
