Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub! Oh yeah!!. It was clean and good value for the money. I did not use any of the amenities but the pool and hot tub area looked clean and not a lot of people. Staff was great and so helpful Price perfect Rooms nice Pool and jacuzzi were fantastic Daily breakfast was a nice treat Location was good.

The staff was a little hit or miss as far as being friendly, but in the end the two people we dealt with ending up both being very helpful. All was good. everything was good. Poor wifi connection (non) during my one day stay. It may have been weather related (thunderstorms)?. Didn't like paying for ice. The bed was a little too hard, but that was all. Meager continental breakfast. Room decor. Beds were hard. Nothing. there was nothing i didn't like. I stayed in room 216 and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It did not have any support left in the mattress. Also, while going up and down the stairs I could smell urine. water in pool and tubs is very green is not good. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing. The sign said from 6- 11am. At 10:10am I went to get breakfast and found so-so coffee and three little donuts and one tiny muffin left. It's best to avoid breakfast unless you want sweet things and weak coffee. Beds were a little hard and pillows very skimpy, but all in all not bad!. jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and the breakfast selection was really pitiful. The pool had algae in it, the hot tub was lukewarm, and there were unsavory characters hanging around the office. staff not so friendly, breakfast was ok at best. Staff smoking at entrance. Very old, tv set was quite old a Zenith, no coffee pot in room, no see thru curtain at window, breakfast. no beverages in pool area ????. The hotel is in need of an overhaul. The veneer on the furniture was lifting. There was dried blood on my comforter (although the clerk insisted it was a hard water stain). Regarding next question, I would recommend Hampton Beach but not this hotel. I did not like the option to cancel the reservation when I arrived (it has a big sign "no refunds" because the room was filthy, the carpets were 30 years old and needed cleaning. The very prominate smell of cigerette made it pretty much impossible to say in the area while we ckecked in. It was so bad that I had to step outside. In an effort to avoid the smell of cigaretts,we opted to use the stairs instead of the elevator to go in and out of the hotel. The stairs from the parking garage were poorly lit, in bad need of fresh carpet and paint,and it smelled old and musty....Better than breathing in second hand smoke I guess. WI fi didn't work..beds were hard..breakfast was bare. location, beds, floors squeaked. Smoke-Smelly lobby and halls, Beds Ok but very minimal in looks and comfort. It was a budget price, but I still expected better out of a place with the word "resort" in the title. I would never book this hotel again. The place was very run down and needs some TLC. The hotel was dirty, smelly, and old. Nasty nasty nasty. Never stayed in a worse place. Room wasn't very clean . wifi didn't work well.
