I like the ocean front view. It gave me a sense of relaxation. I was
there for a race so it was perfect to look out into the ocean before my
race. Needless to say, I got a new pr with 6 minutes faster my last pr.
very clean, very friendly staff. the room was exactly as we hoped with ocean views and a large balcony from which to enjoy it. it was also very close to both tourist type activities and dining.all reviews »
Directly in front of the best surf spot! Awesome view, very spacious, loved the balcony and the kitchenette, very useful.

This was a nice hotel. We only spent one night and it was great to hear the sound of the waves from our room. It was a bit of a ways from the boardwalk which I didn't realize.

staff was indifferent if not downright annoying. room was booked at a agreed price and then when decision was made to spend extra day, tried to charge upgrade for room we didn't ask/book.
Hampton Beach is a little too honkey-tonk for us.
Bed was not comfortable and the AC was loud.
no barrels any where.
For the amount of money per night, I thought it would have been closer to the boardwalk area. Just appeared to be a bit expensive. The mattress on the bed was also not very comfortable. Otherwise, we had a very nice night for our 5 year wedding anniversary.
No staff in the evenings or overnight.
