The fridge was a nice size with a real freezer and the microwave was full size. It made it easy to feed our kids snacks and meals in the room. The pool was small but a great temperature and indoors so you could use it when it rained. It was clean and conveniently located for our large group of travelers. As a solo traveler this motel met all of my demands, clean, decent bed, quiet and close to where I went everyday. There were three nights that a bus of teenagers and a group of motorcyclists were there and only once did I hear any of them.

Easy to find, rght on main drag. We didn't want to be IN town and this was just right for us. People were lovely, we would go back if in the area. Pool was clean, good housekeeping for rooms. Location - close enough to be right there, but outside of town enough to be less expensive.Free breakfast, pool, cleanliness of motel. Workers were so accomadating. I felt so at home at this hotel. Mangers were the best I dealth with in a long time in a hotel. Helpful staff, close to areas of interest, convenience stores & restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to answer any question and help you in any way. Comfortable place to spend the night. Clean bathroom with soap, towels and shampoo. the hotel was very nice and comfortable. location was great. staff super friendly. The rooms were very spacious and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!. the service, location, and value. the staff did much to make our stay wonderful. Very close to all Gettysburg restaurants and attractions. Literally this was the last room available in all of Gettyburg PA at the time of our visit. It was the only available hotel for that weekend. Close to attractions. Nothing. That I was only there 1 night. The blankets were a bit thin and the breakfast was lackluster with weak coffee. letsbookhotel.com stated this motel does not allow pets, it does allow pets for a fee in designated rooms, I still had to share the elevator with dogs, I'm allergic, I was not happy about this however my stay was only one night. No alarm clock, T.V. very old. We stayed on the 2nd floor the hallway was very dark during the day when the lights were off, the decor is very dated but you get what you pay for. The smoking rooms really smelled like smoking rooms. I am a non-smioker, my partner is the smoker. :-). Visible swastika tattoo on housekeeping staff, no hot tub as was pictured, pool very cloudy despite massive chemicals. None. Stains on carpet!. everything was great-no problems. n/a. Would like minirefrigerators on main floor. Would have liked a king bed. old tv and loud refrigerator. internet went down before midnight and kids couldn't get online...that was a REAL bummer!. The breakfast was ok but I hated that there wasn't liquid creamer and that I had to use powdered creamer. Nothing. Dissappointed for the price that there was no alarm clock or coffee pot in room considering there was a refrigerator. The price could have been a little lower. I booked the room on line because it had a pool. When we got there the next day, the pool was closed. Suprised there wasn't a notice on the site about the pool being closed. initially, not sufficient towels for our party of three breakfast offering was all white flour stuff. Hard beds. Nothing. pool wasn't open. N/A. no continental breakfast. The pillows. the room I stayed in they were doing some construction in the pool are which made a good bit of noise until around 10pm. Also the heat pump in the room did not work which made the room a warm. was not able to cool it down. No air circulation. I would recommend but I would not stay in that room again since I know where it is located. The fact that I didn't get what I reserved. The beds were not queen. And there was no hot tub as listed in the ad. I think it was over priced for what we got. View, mattresses. small lobby. not knowing that President Inn was a Motel 6 chain prior to booking. Very tired facility,. Freezing cold pool. Advertised as having a hot tub, but none there. TV didn't work at all and no alarm clock. Breakfast was horrible. Couldn't get on the Internet. It is an older run down hotel that charges about 50%more than it is worth. Since it was a busy weekend in Gettysburg, obviously they could charge and get this price. Honestly,the room was not cozy at all. The carpet was visibly dirty as well as sticky. There was left over food in the refrigerator with half eaten chicken and a can of soda. The comforters were thin and you can tell they haven't been washed in quite awhile. The culking in the bathroom was awful. New culking was placed over mildew instead of being completely stripped and redone. It was not a pleasant environment. Bottom line.."Don't leave the light on.". Too expensive for the amenities offered. Very limited breakfast. TV needed repaired (poor picture) Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was poorly stocked. Room smelled musty. Stains on pillows dead bug on cover tv reception no coffee maker in room tv reception. the blankets were thin the pool was cold and the staff watched everywhere you went. Room was dirty ... bath had urine on floor... I feel fi that's in the bath, it's been tracked all thru the room...wouldn't change rooms...reduced room 15 dollars on 250 + bill would have moved to another hotel...but had no way to get there T. R. jahn. Unfriendly desk staff. His putting my drivers license number in his computer - I don't mind checking my ID but do mind inputting sensitive info. I questioned him about security - no satisfactory answer. Bathroom floor not swept. Really pathetic offerings for "breakfast".
