We loved the quirkiness of a sentimental journey. The owners are lovely people. We had a massive delay on our flight so arrived very late but we were not made to feel uncomfortable. Our luggage had been left in Paris and was not delivered when promised. The owners were very helpful letting us use their Laptop and even their mobile phone when we were having difficulties with our own. I would recommend this guest house to anyone. Ideally placed in Gettysburg.

The sitting room downstairs and the porch out front are just icing on the cake!. Best way to get the flavor for Gettysburg. If you want to get into what Gettysburg was during the battle, this place will get you into the mood with all of the modern convenience's. We had a great experience. The building fit perfectly into the Historic area of Gettysburg. Attention to detail made it perfect to get the feel of the era. It was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast provided was generous. the location is perfect. the price is right. the rooms are great. the kitchen is always open ; all you want anytime. the owners are great. we had a great time; and will be back. you cant beat it. excellent décor, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful anytime food/snacks available convenient to restaurants, entertainment. Excellent parking. Overall and exceptional value for the money. The owners are very nice people! They were very accommodating and wanted to see to our comforts! The B&B itself is clean and the decor is...unique. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The owners were very nice. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The attention to detail in all the rooms for each era reflected the standard of our accommodation. Very comfortable stay. There was rather too much sugar on offer at the day breakfast but maybe that is a cultural thing. We still had a decent breakfast though. We liked it all. there was nothing we didn't like. Though most modern conveniences were available, the price for is better spent on more modern luxuries. The experience was awfull! The toilet didn't flush,no doors on bathroom, coffee pot leaked on floor for several couples, and breakfast...not like any B&B I have ever seen....on your own with open food in an unhealthy environment....can't understand how this place passed any health codes or electrical codes...scary.
