The bed was very comfortable. We lived the warm cookies at check in. The staff was very helpful with directions and knowledgable of the area. The short distance to the T was also a plus. This hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to rest up in the middle of a very long trip. It had everything we needed for that brief stopover. The staff was friendly. The shuttle service was great for getting downtown. The hotel was a short walk to the train.

Friendly staff, close to the Transit, shuttle bus. Close to the train Cheap parking. Easy to get to Logan. clean and comfotable. We had difficulty adjusting the temperature in our room. The hotel had a deli for food service. I would have liked a full service restaurant nearby. No guest washer and dryer. Bottled water was to expensive. Could do with a better restaurant. suggestions from the front of desk staff were not very helpful. The fact that the sheet was not fitted, so it kept coming loose under me. Poor food service. In a crappy area.. Felt we would be mugged.. Hospital-like smell in room on arrival Indifference of receptionist upon check-out (no smile, eyes glued on screen, off-hand manner). After being informed at checkin my room was newly renovated I was disappointed to find mould in between tiles in the shower. The cafe area didnt serve the food I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Extra charge in rooms for WIFI, when the free sevice could be used in the lobby area and left on the device and taken back to the room and still worked??!!??. NO free wifi in the rooms and the free wifi connection in the lobby was a pain! No fridge, no microwave. Rooms tired, carpet stained, extractor in bathroom didn't work, no free wi-fi in bedrooms yet other sister hotel in Cambridge it is, poor free wi-fi in reception area. No restaurant vending machines are dirty and never give you what you ordered WiFi is really slow, limited to one device, and is an extra charge. wifi in room was extra we like hotels that include breakfast. They charged for everything. Parking costs, internet costs even though they advertise free wifi. It added almost $50 to the costs of the room. Add in a completely apathetic and lethargic staff, too include not checking my parking pass so I could leave. The staff basically acted as if I was a problem they would rather not deal with.. I was just interrupting their smoking break. bad location far from city center. no free wi-fi and very expansive if you want to pay. expensive parking fee. high price.no brakfest. bottom line save your mony. The hotel is the middle of nowhere. I took a taxi and the driver got lost. The transfer that is supposed to exist does not work. The recepcionist would not know the answer for your questions. A terrible experience.
