The place was beyond my expectations. The room was spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally good, friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience.

Large comfortable room

Initial room was inward facing with no window; also problem with lack of hot water and we were moved to a very nice external room with balcony.

Excellent location to the convention centre on campus. Rooms were comfortable.

No windows in my room after a long haul flight from Europe and needing to work...be sure to request a room with windows! Breakfast is the typical nasty American rubbish served on plastic plates.

I have never had such a friendly accomadating staff in a hotel before. We had several bad experiences before we reached the hotel and the manager Lyndsey made us feel so much better as soon as we walked in the door. I told Lyndsey before we left what a difference she and the staff had made in our visit to Austin.

We loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. The price was reasonable.

There was not much but if I had say one thing. The pool was not deeper. But I still enjoyed myself to three feet of fun.

I was a flight attendant for 12 years and have traveled extensively with that said, I think this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I have always said that I could design the perfect hotel room and I think they beat me to it. It was great !!

The staff was very professional; the rooms were cleaned exceptionally well. The views on Austin were excellent. The curtains did a fantastic job of blocking outside light.

The furnished shampoo was not up to par. The hotel did not provide room service of any kind. A drink service for the pool area in particular would be appreciated.

The layout of the room made it impossible for one person to get up and read with the light on without disturbing the other-- another configuration with a screen could completely eliminate that

The king suite on the 8th floor overlooking the city was swanky! The breakfast was convenient & the coffee was good. The staff were very helpful but not in your way. Great tecnology provided (wi-fi, room key on elevators). Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean and green conscious facility. Wonderful pool area - calming with nice view of the city. Highly recommend this place!

Water pressure in the shower fluctuated quite a bit on the 8th floor.

I liked Everything. The room was large, beautifully decorated, well designed for working with a large desk and even an ergonomic chair! Breakfasts were excellent with oatmeal, eggs and breakfast meats as well as fruit and pastry.. It was clean and the service was the best I have experienced in a long time. It is now my choice for a place to stay downtown.

The original room booked on letsbookhotel.com was not available so we were put in a suite with a pull out bed-(we needed 2 beds). Then there was an issue with the credit card and the charge was put on the other credit card but was not mentioned by the person checking us out. The problem with the first credit card was an incorrect expiration date so not sure whose error that was.
