The pillows. It's within walking distance of the outlets for shopping and close to restaurants no need to use the car unless going to revel or borgata, Harrahs etc. clean rooms nice bathroom. Overall a great place to stay compared to the pricey cheesy casino hotel rooms in ac. Location is the next building to the railway station. Amazing view to the city center, especially at night. Everything is clean, no bad smell anywhere as in the other hotels in ac. Quiet at night time. Good price for weekend compared to the other hotels.
all reviews » It was really good value for money. Very close to all the shops. 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk. The double room with two double beds comfortable and clean, too. The staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. From the first step into the hotel the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I could not have been happier with the quick and efficient service. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was excellent, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's close to other hotels and close to the outlets. I would definitely stay there again. While i didnt bring my pet i was pleased to know that i culd an even though this hotel was pet friendly you were not greeted with residuals of their existance. OVERALL GREAT HOTEL!!!. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only a ten minute walk from the boardwalk. There was an incident across the hallway where we stayed another couple was having a domestic dispute all night while we were trying to sleep the police had to be called. The front desk was very friendly and apologized and refunded our money back without hesitation. It was an isolated incident but was upset because it was our anniversary. The breakfast is awful, especially the day-before-yesterday-made salad with vinegar sauce. And it's expensive, $48 per 2 persons. No alternative breakfast facilities in the vicinity. Also, the hotel charged my credit card $4 two days after my stay but I don't know why. The hotel's internet is not free so I had to put my notebook near the window and catch the free Greyhound Wi-Fi. The area is not so good at night to walk. The rooms are a bit worn out. Other than that everything was ok!. The only thing i didnt like is that you had to pay for parking. It would have been nice if the hotel accommodates for that. The parking was a little expensive it was $14 plus tax per day.. Restaurants were not open for large parts of the day and breakfast buffet was not available due to limited occupancy. Valet parking a bit overpriced at $24/day, no refrigerator in the room. The room was a bit chilly even after when turning up the thermostat. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator available but didn't ruin our stay. Just would have been a nice perk. The pool was very dirty. There was a film of oil on top and it seemed the filter was broken. We were disappointed we could not use it. Paper thin walls!. Parking too far No shuttle No breakfast. no free breakfast and no free parking pool was dingy looking hot tub was basically a warm tub but nice to be outside, i guess. The comforters were very heavy like if metal was in them definetly not the fluffy type that you like to cuddle up under. Instead of cloth counches it should have been leather. Clothe material are liable to have all types of bugs. no wifi in rooms, unless you pay. The ridiculous fee for valet parking. Internet not free. Very cool in elevator corridor. Had breakfast but waitress was inattentive. Couldn't get a second cup of coffee. Once she delivered my food, she never came back to check on me. She wasn't busy either. Slightly overpriced. Hot water ran out quickly Vents were dusty. Everything was wonderful. Not mch to do on the hotel premises. There wasnt anything we didnt like. Bed was to hard!. the entrance was at the back I think it should be facing the shops because it was scary at night when you was walking back. Tub not draining well. A little far from the boardwalk. Nothing. None. Should have come with a breakfast discount. Everything was excellent. We have stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels but this Sheraton charge for parking is ridiculous!. The mattress was too hard and pillows too soft and the sheet didn't fit the mattress properly. Also the rooms need a small refrigerator inside. The food was awful. I didn't feel satisfied after breakfast or dinner. We found a dog bone in our room and the room lounge chair was covered with dog hair. The bathroom had a lot of hair in it as well. I travel a lot for work and typically do not stay at Sheraton hotels and I will continue to not stay at Sheraton hotels. I didn't like that there was no community microwave for use, the room was in a bit of disrepair (stained carpet, lumpy bed, falling apart desk) and the iron barely did anything to straighten out the wrinkles in my clothing. unexpected fees. The staff were not accomodating nor helpful. At somepoints they seemed rude. . They also were unorganized. my booking included a free continental breakfast which i was charged $32.00 for when i called to find out the front desk personnel told me that was not true. there are so many hidden cost. i will appreciate if letsbookhotel.com let us know the facts not lies. No mini bar in the room. far from broadwalk have to pay for wifi no fridge in room. Lack of sound insulation. Pool was a little cloudy No breakfast tea in the room. The mattress was poor, very uncomfortable. We both had back aches in the mornings. The air conditioner did not work well. I had to set it to 60 degrees to get any worthwhile cooling.
